Wopid Refund Policy

Below are our refund conditions for your purchases and subscriptions on the Wopid platform:

1. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your premium or channel subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Conditions: Since digital content and subscription services are consumed instantly, a refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been used or watched at all.

3. Creator Donations: Direct donations and tips made to content creators cannot be refunded through the platform. Refund requests must be resolved directly with the creator.

4. Erroneous Transactions: For duplicate charges or erroneous transactions caused by the system, a full refund will be provided if you contact our support team.

5. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
